Conceal Candles incorporate the potent Conceal inhibitor (patented by BioSensory) to block mosquitoes’ ability to track the human scent. Tests have proven Conceal to be far more effective than Citronella. It’s more convenient than DEET and as effective as smoking coils, but without insecticides. Attractive Conceal Candles add ambiance and a pleasant fragrance to outdoor leisure activities.
Conceal is an inhibitor, not a repellent. Repellents like Citronella and DEET simply smell bad. Mosquitoes avoid them and search for a target that smells better. That’s where they bite. A mosquito with a “nose-full” of Conceal, however, has difficulty smelling anything or anyone, so they can’t home in on human targets.
Conceal Candles are many times more effective than Citronella and more convenient than DEET. In field trials* conducted in a Florida swampland using scientifically accepted protocols, people in the vicinity of the Conceal Candles experienced up to 75% less mosquito landings than people who were unprotected.
A Simple, Easy Solution To Outdoor Enjoyment!
Unlike Citronella, Conceal is really effective, and we have the tests to prove it! Unlike DEET, Conceal is pleasant-smelling, environmentally safe and convenient. Because it comes in candle form, there’s no messy or smelly lotion to apply on skin. Conceal Candles are of premium quality, are easy to use, and provide inexpensive worry-free protection.
For outdoor use or for use in semi-enclosed areas such as porches and patios. Place candles around the perimeter of the area to be protected on a heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials and out of the reach of children and pets. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch (6 mm) and protect candle flame from drafts. For maximum protection, allow 20-30 minutes for molten pool of wax to form around the wick. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Smother flame to extinguish.
The mosquito possesses a number of very sophisticated physiological tools that make humans and animals easy prey for its insatiable appetite. When humans and animals exhale, they give off CO2 (carbon dioxide) and Octenol (an alcohol). Mosquitoes have sensors that can detect the presence of these two chemicals at a distance of almost 100 ft. Once the mosquito picks up the scent, they will immediately change direction and track down the intended victim. Their eyesight is poor, so they follow their nose. When they get close enough to see you, ouch! Bon Appetit!

Common questions answered.
Mosquito ‘Cognito disperses Conceal with a battery-powered fan to inhibit the natural tracking ability of mosquitoes and biting flies. Biting insects can smell your scent long before they can see you — and if they can’t track your scent, they can’t find you.
Utilizing the patented Conceal® inhibitor, Mosquito ‘Cognito has been shown to reduce mosquito landings on people and animals by up to 80% when used as directed. Mosquito ‘Cognito disperses Conceal into the atmosphere by a quiet, battery-powered fan. The inhibitor molecules then bind to insects’ olfactory receptors, blocking their sense of smell so they cannot locate even nearby people and animals.
The device is easy to operate – pull open for on, push closed for off. With a Mosquito ‘Cognito on the edge of a deck, pool or patio, the Conceal inhibitor mixes with and helps mask the scent of people no matter which way the wind is blowing.
More than one Mosquito ‘Cognito device may be needed to protect a large group of people effectively. As a rule of thumb, start with one device for every five adults. When boating or camping, the Mosquito ‘Cognito works best inside your boat, tent or RV to keep mosquitoes out.
In field tests, the Mosquito ‘Cognito inhibitor reduced mosquito landings on people and animals from 12 per hour (one every 5 minutes) to 3 per hour (one every 20 minutes).

Announcing NightWatch Bedbug Monitor — an innovative new product for pest control operators to use to detect bedbug infestations at the earliest stages.
Once eradicated in the United States in the 1950s by the use of DDT, bedbugs are back with a vengeance infesting clean and tidy homes, five-star hotels, college dorms, and living spaces across the country and beyond. Bedbugs have been identified as a rapidly emerging public health pest by the Environmental Protection Agency.
BioSensory developed the NightWatch Bedbug Monitor based on knowledge of a bedbug’s physiology and an understanding of how the pest seeks a blood meal, combined with extensive field and laboratory testing. Because bedbugs bite once every 7 to 10 days, a new infestation of a few bedbugs often goes unnoticed. It is undetectable by the person being bitten and by the most expert professionals in the field. At first, the person thinks the bite is a pimple, then a rash. By the time a skin reaction is recognized as insect bites, the infestation has grown to hundreds of bedbugs and eggs and is expensive to eliminate.
NightWatch is designed to function as a monitor, as it mimics a living, breathing human body — combining CO2* and a patented thermal heat source for a powerful two-pronged attractant and trapping system. When bedbugs approach to feed on what they think is a human, they fall into the pitfall traps made of highly polished material and cannot escape. NightWatch can catch both mature and immature bedbugs, and since the monitor’s detection period spans the 7-10 days bedbugs take between meals, it can detect infestations the very first time they try to bite. No other available product or technology detects new infestations so quickly.
BioSensory recommends NightWatch Bedbug Monitor as one part of an Integrated Pest Management program (inspection, treatment and monitoring, reinspection). NightWatch is available for commercial use through distributors of professional pest management products in the U.S., Canada and around the world. Distributors include companies such as: Bed Bug Supply (Tamarac FL); Rhodes Chemical (Kansas City, KS); Steve’s Pest Management (Chatham, Ontario CANADA); Target Specialty Products (Santa Fe Springs, CA); and Univar USA. Consumers may request NightWatch through their local pest control operator.
* BioSensory does not sell or provide the CO2. Consumers must purchase the CO2 from a separate source.
