NightWatch is exempt from EPA Registration because it is used solely for surveillance, detection, and monitoring, and because it contains no substances toxic to insects.

The basis for this exemption is Part 152 10(b) of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations "40 CFR : Protection of the Environment."
